Community Led Strategic Planning

The Secretariat organised a participatory strategic plan development process that involved all stakeholders including the Kyebi Executive Council, the Municipal Assembly, KNUST technical Team and Socio-Economic Associations. The Secretariat used the Asset Based Community Development approach to galvanize the Community's participation in crafting a direction for the city and the Secretariat. This has ensured community ownership of the smart SDG city idea.
